What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in can be made from 3:00pm and check-out must be before 11:00am. Times may vary slightly depending on the destination you have chosen. Furthermore, if needed, you can request a late check-out or an early check-in (this service is subject to availability and may incur a charge).
What are the forms of payment?
A single payment can be made with credit card.
Do you have daily cleaning?
We only clean the apartment after check-out, but if you would like extra cleaning during your stay, just contact our service team (this service is subject to availability and may incur a cost).
Can I take my pet?
Of course! Your little friend is very welcome in our properties, have in mind that we have an additional cleaning fee :)
What is the cancellation policy?
* You'll receive a total refund if the cancellation is made within 30 days or more before your check-in.
* 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days before you check in.
* A total or partial refund won't be possible if the cancellation is done within 7 days before your check in date

Is there a fee to change the reservation?
* If you miss 30 days or more for check-in, the change is available at no additional cost;
* Between 30 and 7 days for check-in, 75% of the total reservation amount will be considered for changes in the reservation date;
* Within 7 days of check-in, 25% of the total reservation amount will be considered for changes to the reservation date.

Does it have parking?
We only have parking at our ZEST Cardeal unit and there is no additional cost.
When and where do I receive my access key?
Our system sends the access card (image) the day before your arrival, via the reservation channel and also on the WhatsApp of the person responsible for the stay. There it will contain all the necessary information.
Do you have any apartments for smokers?
We are sorry, but none of our apartments allow smoking. Subject to a fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation, for more information access the policy conditions.
